Client Profile

The client is world leading beverage company, product include coke, juice and water. They have marketing and sales in China, there is different channels include online and offline. And there is several agencies provide marketing service. they have more than 10 events every year and 1 million USD marketing cost.

Business Challenge

Now the marketing campaigns which integrated between online and offline are managed by several local agencies. Such as customers get coupons from online and use coupons at offline, also included customers buy beverage at offline and participate in the lucky draw online. Each agency develop their own online applications for campaigns, manage data, and provide status report to client weekly. Campaigns data are separated. And there is no comparation or deep analysis capability base on these compaigns data. Agency work only base on campaign execution, there is no support to client's long term strategy and marketing development.

Project Delivered

Base on our analysis, design and deployment. Client built up a campaign data analysis platform. Include:

  • Designed long term plan and strategy for marketing campaign data analysis.
  • Built central database, common data structure and interface, link to each agency.
  • Master data maintenance platform, standardized the master data structure.
  • Developed campaign data analysis platform base on HTML5 reports. used visual reports to display and campare campaign data.
  • Authorization control, only grant access to client internal staff.
  • Value Provided

  • Standardized the process of marketing campaign, designed common compaign data structure, it's the basis for consolidate campaign data from different agencies. Client can roll out this data structure to other agency and develop more deep analysis.
  • Enhance the efficiency of data summary and analysis. From weekly report to daily summary and analysis. Later on client can reduce the data transfer interval to make a real time data analysis.
  • Built the capability to analyze campaign data between different agencies and different period. Also can make a trend analysis base on multiple campaign data.
  • After collected and summarized campaign data, client can make deep data analysis bease on marketing channel and customer portrait. It can support client to plan and develop future marketing campaigns.
